Streamlining Business with egovbusiness.kz Portal

Creating a comfortable business environment is key to digital transformation. The government aims to offer a single tool for services, support, and analytics. The egovbusiness.kz portal will achieve this by integrating services and creating an “Entrepreneur’s Personal Account.”

Entrepreneurs face many difficulties today. Government services are scattered across various platforms. Each requires separate registration and login. This wastes time and causes inconvenience.

For instance, submitting tax reports and applying for subsidies require different systems. The Ministry of National Economy plans to solve these problems. The new portal will gather over 200 types of data about each entrepreneur, including registration details, tax history, licenses, debts, and property rights.

The “Entrepreneur’s Personal Account” will be the portal’s core feature. It will provide:

1. Access to all services in one place.

2. Digital signatures for legal operations.

3. Secure document exchange with state authorities.

4. Personalized support recommendations based on competitiveness analysis.

The portal will also work on mobile devices, ensuring access anytime.

The integrated platform offers key advantages:

• Time savings. Automation will reduce administrative costs.

• Transparency. Analytics and access to data will minimize risks.

• Support for small businesses. Easier access to subsidies and benefits will speed up growth.

The portal will introduce a system to evaluate competitiveness. It will consider:

• Financial stability: income, taxes, assets.

• Export orientation: share of export revenue.

• Labor productivity.

• Reliability: credit and tax history.

Based on these metrics, the system will recommend support measures. Operators will make faster decisions.

The eGov portal offers limited services. Navigation is not user-friendly. It lacks proactive support suggestions and integration with local authorities.

A new entrepreneurship ecosystem will solve these issues. It will combine risk registers, business requirements, and enterprise databases.

The portal will launch in phases. Non-automatable services will get automated workstations for operators. Integration with existing government systems is also planned. Digital signatures will become mandatory for key operations.

Digitizing state-business interaction is a strategic step. It will create a more transparent and user-friendly environment. The egovbusiness.kz portal will help entrepreneurs focus on growth, not bureaucracy. Initial steps have been taken. The platform is expected to prove its efficiency in the coming years.
